Selected Official Charity Partners will be allocated entries in multiples of five (5, 10, 15, etc.) at NYRR's discretion. Your request below will be considered but we do not guarantee that you will receive the number of entries that you request. If you request fewer than 5 entries, you will not be selected as an Official Charity Partner.





29. All Official Charity Partners must establish a means for their runners to raise funds online and track their individual progress toward the fundraising pledge. NYRR recommends our preferred fundraising platform, CrowdRise. Through our partnership with CrowdRise, charity partners benefit from incentive-driven fundraising campaigns and priority customer service. Indicate below if you want NYRR to create a CrowdRise fundraising page for your charity, otherwise state the online fundraising platform that you plan to use. NYRR reserves the right to deny the use of any online fundraising platform if it does not meet the following requirements:

a) Ability to establish individual fundraising pages that can accept online donations for each of your runners. Each runner’s fundraising progress must be visible to the public
b) Ability to add offline donations (donations received via cash or check)

If NYRR denies the use of your intended fundraising platform, we will create a CrowdRise fundraising page for your charity.




If selected as an Official Charity Partner, NYRR will use the following information for on-boarding purposes.

1. Contact information for the Charity Manager who will be responsible for program logistics, race details, registration and recruitment, and act as the main contact for the NYRR Charity Management Team.




2. Contact information for the authorized person who will sign the Official Charity Partner agreement.
